  1. All custom order requests will be VOIDED if there is no response/payment within 48hrs. Fulfillment ensures that your material of choice is reserved for your customs.
  2. All shoes provided will be reconstructed, deconstructed, altered, and upgraded as part of a handcrafted shoe customization process. This process may permanently change the original structure, materials, and appearance of the shoes. The final product will be a one-of-a-kind creation and may differ from the original design. All changes are intentional and part of the artistic process.
  3. With An H Shoe Customization Service is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages once orders have been shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping carriers are responsible for transit and delivery, and any issues must be followed up directly with the carrier.
  4. Custom fabric colors may vary slightly from the original design. While every effort is made to achieve accurate colors, variations can occur due to printing processes, fabric texture, and other production factors. Custom fabrics are not guaranteed to be exact color matches.
  5. With An H is not affiliated with Louis Vuitton, Prada, Fendi, Gucci, Christian Dior, or any designers in any form. The designer components are from used, authentic pieces purchased lawfully and altered to customize sneakers handcrafted by With An H. With An H does not claim any rights of the symbols or trademarks of Louis Vuitton, Prada, Fendi, Gucci or Christian Dior. All custom items are not final products from any trademarked designer brands, but are altered from original, authentic pieces such as clothing, and bags. With An H practices the art of shoe customization. By purchasing from With An H Shoe Customization, customers acknowledge this. All footwear is purchased by clients and independently customized as original, one-of-a-kind artwork. With An H Shoe Customization Service practices the art of shoe customization, and does not sell shoes, only a service. By purchasing from With An H Shoe Customization Service, customers acknowledge and agree to this. All creations by With An H Shoe Customization Service are showcased as unique, custom, and limited handmade works of art. Trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

  8. All clients are REQUIRED to supply their shoes for customization. With An H Shoe Customization Service is a shoe customization service to upgrade your kicks.
  9. All customization fees are non-refundable. There is a no-refund policy for customizations. Due to the custom nature and the handcrafted production of each pair, I do not offer returns. Please be 100% confident with your size before we start production! I always suggest trying a pair on in-store to know your correct size. 
  10. My first priority is customer satisfaction – I do not offer returns due to the custom nature of your shoes. Anything you wear in your feet is going to get beat up a bit. If for some reason there is a stitch coming out, canvas popping out, etc,  I am happy to repair / retouch the shoes for you. I offer to pay shipping back to myself to repair them for you, and customer must pay for shipping back to themselves. If you are local, drop off / pickup is free.
  11. The production time for all shoes is 4-6 weeks. This time is dependent on order volume. If in some case it would take longer, you will get an update from me.
  12. There is a no-return policy for upcycled jewelry. If you have an issue with your necklace, please message us and we can  make it right.
