SHOE BRANDING / BURNING
This multi-step form will guide you through your own custom order.
All customers are required to supply their own shoes for customization.
Once your request is received, we will contact you via your contact preference within 1-2 business days with your pricing options, where to ship your shoes, and how to purchase your customization fee.
Branding customization fees start at $50 and go up depending on amount of brands chosen.
Tell us about your shoes! All clients are required to provide us with a pair of shoes to customize – you will be provided with an address to send your shoes to once you hear back from us in 1-2 business days.

In order for the branding to be successful, your shoes must be made of 100% natural materials such as: leather, suede, wool, etc. We cannot brand shoes made of faux materials.
Branding Elements
Branding is the perfect & unique personal touch for any pair of shoes.
We offer various branding elements to choose from. These elements include the entire alphabet, numbers, and over 100 symbols.
Once we receive your request, we will reach out to you via your preferred contact method in 1-2 business days.
From there, we will give you all the info you need to get your shoes to us and get your custom order started. You will be able to choose from our book of branding symbols, letters, and numbers.

Policies
All custom order requests will be VOIDED if there is no response/payment within 48hrs.
All clients are REQUIRED to supply their shoes for customization. With An H is a shoe customization service to upgrade your shoes.
All customization fees are non-refundable. There is a no-refund policy for customizations. Due to the custom nature and the handcrafted production of each pair, I do not offer returns. Please be 100% confident with your size before we start production! I always suggest trying a pair on in-store to know your correct size.
The production time for all shoes is 4-6 weeks. This time is dependent on order volume. If in some case it would take longer, you will get an update from me.
